A Nation founded on godly principles, morals, and the Word. These beloved four fathers were not perfect men, but rather most aware of their human inconsistencies and failures. And because of this, they recognized their need for God's direction and leadership to give wisdom and order to the proclamations and declarations that would ultimately provide our country the
freedoms that we hold dear.
FREEDOM never comes without a price being paid. Many times, it is a brutal and bloody price - sacrificed by those who have a vision of a life well worth the cause. This summer and all year 'round, we salute the men and women who have given their lives in decades past, and also those who continue to serve our nation, keeping us safe from harm.
God has blessed America, but American needs to bless God! Jesus Christ paid the ultimate price for our freedom by dying on the cross for our sins. Yes, it was another brutal and bloody fight for freedom. Even when He glimpsed the future through His father's eyes and knew we would falter and fail under the wickedness of our inherited human nature...He still chose to give His life for us. No greater love has been known to man, no greater price has been paid by any other claiming to be a "god" or supernatural power. Yes, we owe our allegiance to this man, and the stripes He bore on that lonely road to Calvary. For it was there that the ultimate victory was won!
